Looking for the Brightest!
At Layton, when we say we strive for excellence in everything we do, we mean everything! So, we’re looking for another proposal aficionado to add to our talented marketing team. It’s a call for the best. The characteristics listed below sum up our ideal candidate. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to talk!- Internal Quality Control: Mediocrity will just not do on your watch. You do your best work even when nobody’s looking. It’s not that you’re a perfectionist, you just really enjoy what you do and relish making your clients’ lives easier.
- An Eye for Design & Layout: Your page layout invites the reader in. You value hierarchy, white space, color, simplicity, and delight in making the mundane pop on a page. Eager to push the envelope and welcome feedback.
- Superior Writing Skills: You’re good. You’re brief. You’re gone. (And you know the difference between your and you’re.)
- A Strategic Mindset: Not only do you see the big picture, you understand your place in it. You’re curious and ask the right questions at the right time. You’re able to interpret and communicate data simply and clearly. You think!
- Industry Knowledge: You know what topping out means and the difference between precast and tilt up (*ahem* it’s called concrete, not cement). Oh, and if you don’t know any of this stuff, you find out.
